The Housing Resources Board will host a public meeting Thursday to discuss replacing 24 multi-family units with 16 town homes at Ferncliff Village.
The proposal will amend an approved subdivision located on Curtis Loop, and create 16 additional single-family lots.
Residents can discuss the housing development in a public meeting from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Thursday, April 3 in the city hall council chambers.
