The collision pushed the Subaru into a crosswalk pole and fence.
Witnesses said the man appeared to be speeding at the time of the crash; the man told police he saw the other vehicle but could not stop in time.
The woman, who complained of neck and back injuries, was taken to Harrison Hospital by an aid car.
The Seattle man was cited for inattentive driving.
WEDNESDAY, JAN. 13
8:16 p.m. A driver in a 1992 Peterbuilt truck was delivering dirt to a property near Miller and Lovgreen roads when the dump truck hit a power line 14 feet off the ground as the truck was dumping its load.
The driver, a 24-year-old Williston, North Dakota man, was trapped inside the truck after it snagged the power lines and the pole broke and the power lines fell onto the truck.
The driver stayed in the truck until a crew from Puget Sound Energy arrived and made sure it was safe for him to exit the vehicle.
