Truck blocks Sands Avenue

A delivery truck has blocked Sands Avenue near New Brooklyn Road.
The truck made a wrong turn around 11:20 a.m. Friday, June 21, according to a witness. When it tried to turn around, the truck became stuck with its tires spinning.
