Stan Sperlak leads Plein Air Pastel Weekend, a three-day workshop, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 16-18 at Bainbridge Arts & Crafts.

Whether you’re a beginning or an advanced student, Sperlak’s methods for how to see, analyze and reinterpret a scene will take your skills to the next level. In this class you’ll learn how to bring forth paintings that reflect your emotion and connection to your subject while still producing believable images.
