Bigfoot visits BI for debut of ‘The Fairy Swarm’

Eagle Harbor Books will host a very special and fun evening starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 to launch and celebrate “The Fairy Swarm,” the final installment in Bainbridge Island author Suzanne Selfors’ wildly wonderful Imaginary Veterinary series, winner of the Washington State Book Award.

Selfors has planned a wonderful evening for her fans. She, and some of Bainbridge’s best local actors, will perform a scene from the book. Some of the most beloved characters from the series, including Sasquatch and some of the fairies, will also be present.

And everyone — kids and adults — is invited to dress as a favorite imaginary character. Come meet your favorite characters, including Sasquatch and some of the fairies.
