“Towers,” an exhibition at the BPA Gallery featuring paintings and sculptures by Austin Gregory Ohm, will be on display in October.
What began as a small, crowdfunded experiment has grown into a mature body of work. “Towers” is a multi-media exhibition of vertical orientations featuring paintings; acrylic on canvas and board, and sculptures comprising wood, steel, glass and found objects.
Started in 2013, this group of work continues to grow in depth and complexity while maintaining a sense of humor.
Stop by the BPA Gallery between 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2 for the First Friday Art Walk artist reception and a fun evening of art, food and friends.
The BPA Gallery showcases regional artists in monthly rotating exhibits in the C. Keith Birkenfeld Lobby and regularly participates in the First Friday Art Walk. Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday plus one hour prior to each performance. Admission is free.
