Collision diverts southbound traffic on SR-305

Southbound traffic on State Route 305 is being rerouted onto Day Road East due to a collision.

A Durango heading eastbound on Day Road attempted to turn left onto SR-305 and struck the side of an Isuzu going westbound.

Two people who were in the Durango sustained minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital for precautionary measures.

Drivers should expect delays in both directions. Police are on the scene directing traffic.
