Weekend weather report: Here come the waterworks | The Bainbridge Blab

Bainbridge Island should see a bit of rain this weekend, but sunshine may be back in time for Labor Day.

That’s the latest forecast for the island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Saturday will see a 40 percent chance of showers, mainly after 11 a.m. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 73 degrees.

Saturday night, the chance of showers falls to 30 percent, mainly before 11 p.m. The overnight low will be around 60 degrees.

Come Sunday, a 30 percent chance of showers remains in the picture, mainly after 11 a.m. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 74.

Skies will remain mostly cloudy overnight, and a low around 58 is expected.

Labor Day begins with a 20 percent chance of showers in the morning. The holiday will be partly sunny, with a high near 75.

Mostly sunny skies and days in the mid-70s are expected the rest of the week.
