Four Spartans will advance to compete in the district tournament after great performances in the Metro Conference Tennis Tournament.
Bainbridge send four doubltes teams, four boys single players and two girls singles players to the Metro tourney.
The Spartans’ Catherine Rolfes finished eighth for the girls, while Eli Wagner claimed fourth place for the boys.
Senior boy’s doubles pair Jeremy Lipschutz and Maxwell Brown took sixth place and and will also move on to district play.
BHS Head Varsity Tennis Coach Jennifer Anne Shorr said other BHS players who did very well in early round action included Luke Hurd, Ryan Wilson, Kawin Nikomborirak, Alec Chan and Aiden Sullivan. For the girls, Bainbridge was also represented by Morgan Wickline, Katie Hughes, Mallory Browne and Marianne Milander.
