GIG HARBOR – The Bainbridge High boys varsity water polo team sunk the Seahawks last Tuesday, protecting their flawless overall season record with a 20-2 win over Peninsula High.

The BHS team’s season stands at 6-0.

The island boys scored a gaggle of goals against the Seahawks, with nine of the 14 names on the roster racking up at least one.

Sam Kapel led the charge, scoring four goals throughout the match.

Miles Hogger and Tristan Maass each put up three goals, Harrison Shinohara, Sam Liebling, Max Eyrich and Sam Chapman each finished with two and both Clay Jablonski and Thomas Defawe scored one.
