SEATTLE – The Spartans left Seattle without a win, but they also left Ingraham High without a loss.

Bainbridge battled Ingraham to a 1-1 draw in girls varsity soccer Tuesday, with the Spartans taking the early lead only to have the Rams butt in at the end.

Kamie Coryell netted Bainbridge’s only goal on a pass from Sophia Bidinger in the 42nd minute.

Ingraham answered with a fifth-minute goal by Cameron Lilley to knot the score at 1-all in the Metro League matchup.

The finish put Bainbridge at 6-1-1 in the league, but still atop the Mountain Division in first place.

BHS (6-3-1 overall) was scheduled to play Roosevelt (5-2-1 league; 5-4-1 overall) late this week at home, followed by a road trip to second-place Bishop Blanchet (6-2-0; 6-2-1) Tuesday, Oct. 13.
