Spartans beat Braves in girls golf

A 93-52 win at home Tuesday left the Bainbridge High varsity girls golf team with a 3-1 season record.

BAINBRIDGE – A 93-52 win at home Tuesday left the Bainbridge High varsity girls golf team with a 3-1 season record.

The Spartans bested the Bishop Blanchet Braves.

The team’s only loss was to Holy Names Academy (103-95) last week.

Kiera Havill was the medalist Tuesday and scored 27 points.

Sister Spartans Maddie Loverich had 25 points, team captain Claire Lunzer managed 24 and Taylor Tye chipped in 17.
