The Spartans edged Kingston on the pitch 2-1 to improve to 9-0 in Olympic League play and 10-1 overall. They are in first place. They then blanked Sequim 3-0.

The Spartan baseball team shutout Central Kitsap last week 11-0. The previous week, the BHS baseball team beat up on Sequim 17-1.

In girls tennis, the Spartans blanked Kingston 7-0.

North Kitsap

The Vikings beat Port Angeles in Olympic League soccer last week 5-2. But Sequim’s soccer team won at North Kitsap 3-1. NK is 5-3 in Olympic League play and on the season.

NK beat up on Central Kitsap in girls fastpitch softball 13-1. But they lost a tough one 5-4 to North Mason.

The Viking baseball team edged Gig Harbor 4-3. The previous week, the squad shut out Yelm 10-0 and beat Olympic 3-1.

In girls tennis, the Vikings demolished Sequim 6-1.

Kingston

The Bucs girls tennis team got by Bremerton 4-3.

The baseball team blanked North Mason 7-0.

The golf team beat Port Angeles 173 to 181.

In soccer, the boys fell to Bremerton 1-0.

The girls lost to Port Angeles in golf last week 224 to 268.
