The Bainbridge High varsity baseball team mowed down Timberline High School 2-1 and advanced to the second game of this year's 3A Region III Tournament.

CENTRALIA, Washington – The Bainbridge High varsity baseball team mowed down Timberline High School 2-1 and advanced to the second game of this year’s 3A Region III Tournament.

The Spartans were unable to get any runs on the board until the top of the fourth inning. Finally, thanks to a solid hi by pitcher Brett Green, the put up two. It would be the only inning in which Bainbridge brought anyone home, but it would prove enough of a lead to secure the win.
