Eagles flop 116-19 against Spartan duffers

The Bainbridge High School varsity boys golf team began their final five matches, all to be played at home, with an epic 116-19 win against Cleveland at Wing Point Golf & Country Club Monday, Sept. 25.

It was the team’s fifth straight win and upped its overall record to 5-1.

The top Spartan scorer was Jasiah George, who shot 37.

Zach Cooper shot 39. Nicholas Zambrano shot 41; Parker Loverich, 44; Justin Martin, 50; Jack Holland, 51; and both Caleb Saks and Owen Scheer left the links at 58.

BHS next hosted Eastside Catholic on Sept. 30, and will host Garfield at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7.
