A number of league and club matches, as well as workshops and clinics, are upcoming at Meadowmeer Golf & Country Club.

The Thursday Night League started earlier this month, and will run weekly through the end of August featuring 18 teams of six players competing using the USGA handicap system.

Tuesday mornings on the green are reserved for ladies only – and Wednesday mornings for men only – until noon.

On Saturday mornings there is a completion for players with a USGA handicap.

Further, on June 13 there will be a Top Golf event for club member ladies, competing against clubs fromother courses on the Olympic Peninsula.For the upcoming competitive season, the Meadowmeer Classic will be June 11 -12, the Couples Tournament will be on July 23-24, the Ladies Sizzler will be held on Aug. 6.

All events are open to the public.

The club will also have the annual Club Championship on Sept. 3-4 and the Memorial Cup on Oct. 15-16.  These annual events are for members only.

Havill Golf will be conducting an extensive program at Meadowmeer this year, including the Mens’s Short Game Clinic on Thursdays in May; Women’s Short Game Clinic on Tuesdays in June; a three-day camp for players ages 7-13 on June 27, 29 and July 1; and PGA Junior Golf Camp for ages 13 and under from June 1-July 24.
