Mary June Jenkins Browning, age 98

      Mary June Jenkins Browning died on May 26 at the age of 98. June was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.

Her home was a welcoming gathering place and all who entered became family.

      June is predeceased by her husband William Taylor Browning. She is survived by her children Bonnie June Sonnikson (Jim), William Everett Browning (Rose) and John Phillip Browning (Windy), six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

      A memorial service will be held on June 16 at noon at Port Blakely Cemetery, Bainbridge Island followed by a celebration of June’s life at 24289 Madura Drive NE, Kingston.
