Lucille “Lucie” Rose Gendreau died suddenly on Sept. 23. She was 22.

      She was born on March 20, 1989. Lucie lived most of her life with her family on Bainbridge Island. She will be greatly missed and always loved by her brother Henri and parents Anne and Raymond of the family home; grandmothers Mitzi Cleaver of Dallas, Texas, Lorie Deubel of Orlando, Fla. and Pierrette Gendreau of Danielson, Conn.

      She is survived by great aunt Charlotte Walch of Dallas, aunt and uncles: Carol and Doug Wright of Dallas, Susan and Brent Hardaway of Austin, Texas, Mike and Kelly Gendreau and Tom and Annette Gendreau of Orlando, also her cousins Charlotte and Carson Wright of Dallas, Will and Shelby Hardaway of Austin, Joey and Corey Gendreau of Orlando and Ted Walch of Los Angeles. Services will be private.

      In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the “Lucie Rose Gendreau Scholarship Fund” at Kitsap Bank.
