Aladdin Joseph Justin, Junior, age 64

Aladdin Joseph Justin Jr., died Aug. 31 at his home in Mukilteo. He was 64.

He was born July 5, 1946, in Seattle.

Aladdin was a proud Tribal Elder of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe. He worked as an operating engineer for more than twenty years and was a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by his parents Aladdin Justin Sr. and Consuelo Justin.

He is survived by his sister Lucki Justin; children Connie Straw, Elena McGovern and Veronica Justin; grandchildren Angela Straw, Kyla McGovern, Justin McGovern and Jacob McGovern; Roberto and family; longtime companion Connie Wellman and her children Satilla, Stella and Gary; and loving friends and friendships from his youth.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation at noon on Sept. 9 until the funeral service at 2 p.m. at The Port Gamble Tribal Gym. A reception will follow. An online guest book is at www.cookfamilyfuneralhome.com.
