Debbie Cook will talk about the Independent Living Program services supported by funding from Department of Services for the Blind at the next meeting of the Bainbridge Island Visually Impaired Persons Support Group at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 8 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Cook will talk about the training and other resources available to individuals over age 55 who are experiencing vision loss. She’ll also share her personal story and commitment to this exciting program.
