Washington State Ferries is advising travelers that they will face an estimated one-hour wait for ferries leaving the Bainbridge Island terminal for Seattle on Sunday afternoon.

The advisory was issued just after 1 p.m. Sunday, July 7.

The delay is due to heavy vehicle traffic boarding the vessels.
