Travelers heading from Bainbridge Island to Seattle on the ferry now face a two-hour wait at the Bainbridge terminal.

Washington State Ferries issued an updated travel advisory for riders on the Bainbridge Island-Seattle route just before 2 p.m. Sunday, July 7.

WSF said drivers will encounter an estimated two-hour wait due to heavy vehicle traffic boarding the vessels.
