Spartans continue to roll in girls varsity soccer

The Spartans shut out Garfield 3-0 in girls soccer Thursday night at Bainbridge Memorial Stadium.

The Spartans shut out Garfield 3-0 in girls soccer Thursday night at Bainbridge Memorial Stadium.

Kate Matthews scored first for Bainbridge in the 11th minute on a pass from Riley Gregoire.

Celia Story pushed the Spartans ahead to 2-0 after netting a pass from Matthews in the 21st minute.

Bainbridge tacked on its final goal in the 43rd minute, when Kami Coryell scored on a pass from Jessica Jelcick.

Spartan goalkeeper Deahna King earned the shutout for Bainbridge.
