Norman “Tracy” McGinn passed away peacefully, at age 72, on May 9, 2015. Tracy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and terrific friend.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susy of 49 years; sons Ryan (wife Kelly) and Trent (wife Vanessa); four grandchildren, Helena, Jack, Dylan and Llewyn; and a sister, Priscilla Campbell.

Tracy was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, son of Audrey Lyman and Norman McGinn, and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He graduated from West Anchorage High School and Northern Arizona University where he was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity.

Tracy will be  greatly missed by all those who have been blessed by knowing him. Tracy’s many friends and colleagues grew throughout his distinguished business career, beginning at Spenard Builder’s Supply in Anchorage and continued with James Hardie of Australia in Los Angeles and Seattle. He ultimately became a home builder on Bainbridge Island, Washington – KSM Custom Homes.

A Celebration of Life was held on May 31, 2015 in Scottsdale.
