This week’s adoptable pets are Nala and Pirate.

For adoption through PAWS:

Nala is an 18-month-old shorthaired white-with-tabby patches female who came in from Ocean Shores where she’d been abandoned.

She is a friendly and playful girl who gets along well with the other cats she’s met.

Nala is at the Pleasant Beach adoption center (open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday).

For adoption through Kitsap Humane Society:

Pirate, a Shepherd-Hound mix, loves walks, hikes and playing.
