The manager at Doc’s Marina Grill who was arrested on a felony count of voyeurism has posted bail and was released from the Kitsap County Jail earlier this week.

Scott Fuchs of Poulsbo was arrested for voyeurism Sept. 25 after a Doc’s employee discovered Fuchs’ smart phone hidden in the employee restroom and set to record people using the bathroom.

Bail had been set at $25,000, and Fuchs was released at 5:37 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30 and after posting a bond for that amount.

He now awaits a status hearing at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10.

The status hearing will allow time for the prosecutors and attorneys to speak to each other and establish how to move forward with the case.
