Thomas Jefferson School of Law announced that Bainbridge Island resident and Bainbridge Performing Arts board member Peter Denis graduated summa cum laude from its Master’s of Law program in International Tax and Financial Institutions, in the fall of 2012.

His thesis on the evolution of e-commerce law in Vietnam has been widely circulated in that country.
