Gallery | Demonstrators gather in Winslow to call for racial equity

Hundreds of demonstrators filled the sidewalks on all four corners of the Highway 305-Winslow Way intersection on Bainbridge Island Thursday, in response to the May 25 death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police.

Chants of “Black lives matter,” and “Say his name, George Floyd,” were belted out by those in attendance.
