A woman was driving southbound on Highway 305 at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, when she apparently dozed off at the wheel.

According to Bainbridge police documents, she drove her vehicle off the west side of the roadway and into the ditch. She then continued across a raised driveway which caused the vehicle to become airborne.

The car flew about 75 feet before coming to rest on its side in thick brush.
