Developers plan new subdivision on Bainbridge Island

BGH Development will host a public participation meeting next week for Tequila Sunrise, a proposed seven-lot residential subdivision at the south end of Sunrise Drive NE.

BGH Development will host a public participation meeting next week for Tequila Sunrise, a proposed seven-lot residential subdivision at the south end of Sunrise Drive NE.

The subdivision is planned for a 3.4-acre vacant property; lots will range in size from 20,000 square feet to 23,000 square feet.

BGH representatives will be in attendance to answer questions and provide a brief presentation on the project.

The meeting is 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8  at Rolling Bay Presbyterian Church.
