The Bainbridge Island Design Review Board will meet today to review a draft ordinance for the city’s revised Housing Design Demonstration Project.

City planning staff will lead the discussion. The draft ordinance expands the review role of the Design Review Board to all Housing Design Demonstration Project applications.

The draft ordinance revising the program has been reviewed by the Planning Commission, and will be reviewed by city council in October and November.

The board will meet at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7 in the Council Chambers Conference Room at Bainbridge Island City Hall.
