Melissa Damiano of Chesterfield, Virginia and Peter and Lynn King of Olympia are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Angela Claire Damiano and Andrew Carson King, both of Arlington, Virginia.

Angela is the daughter of the late Dr. Thomas Damiano, and the granddaughter of Merian Damiano of Fort Meyers Beach, Florida and the late Donald Damiano, Norma Hoffman of Cranberry Township Pennsylvania, and Harry Hoffman of Pinehurst, North Carolina.

Angela is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington and Georgetown McDonough School of Business. She is currently a senior analyst at a wealth management firm in Reston, Virginia.

Andrew is the grandson of Ed and Iris King of Bainbridge Island, Washington, and Betty Carson of Huntsville, Alabama and the late John Carson, III.

Andrew is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and Georgetown McDonough School of Business. He is currently employed with the State Department in Washington, D.C.
