Car crash leads to traffic delay, no lights at 305-Day Road

Drivers are being cautioned to avoid the area of Highway 305 and Day Road, if possible, as a car accident has caused delays and left traffic lights at the intersection not working.

The city of Bainbridge Island announced the advisory just before 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at which time Washington State Patrol was already reportedly on the way to assist with traffic control.

No information regarding potential injuries suffered in the accident was immediately available.
