The Bainbridge Island Genealogical Society will meet at 10 a.m. Friday, May 16, in the Bainbridge Public Library meeting room.

Karl Kumm, education director of the Fiske Genealogical Library in Seattle, will be speaking on “The Research Cycle” and exploring the possible approaches and tools for researching ancestors.

The suggested donation for non-members is $5.
