Bainbridge park officials vote on budgets

Bainbridge parks officials will meet next week to vote on next year’s property tax levy assessment, as well as the 2014 General Fund Budget, Capital Improvement Fund Budget, Land Acquisition Fund Budget, and Bond Redemption Fund Budget.

Bainbridge parks officials will meet next week to vote on next year’s property tax levy assessment, as well as the 2014 General Fund Budget, Capital Improvement Fund Budget, Land Acquisition Fund Budget, and Bond Redemption Fund Budget.

Also on the agenda: a conservation easement with the Bainbridge Island Land Trust for the Hilltop property, a lease with Century Link, and discussion of a Puget Sound Energy proposal for Baker Hill Road.

The board of commissioners for the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 at Strawberry Hill Center.
