The Bainbridge Island Garden Club, which celebrated their 75th anniversary last year, will hold its annual plant sale from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 12 at the Ace Hardware parking lot at 635 High School Road, Bainbridge Island.

Available at the sale will be a wide selection of plants, shrubs and trees locally grown by club members. Proceeds from the plant sale are used to help fund an annual scholarship awarded to a graduating Bainbridge Island High School senior who will be majoring in horticulture or environmental studies in college.

Shoppers should come early for the best choice, and the sale will be held rain or shine.
