The Bainbridge Island Fruit Club will meet later this week at the Grange Hall.
The club is holding a open meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16 at the Bainbridge Island Grange Hall at 10340 Madison Ave. NE.
Organizers said the meeting will be a great time for gardeners to trade ideas, discuss gardening problems and start planning for next year.
Attendees should bring fruit samples to share and discuss, as well as for a fruit identification session.
The club will also discuss the recent Harvest Fair and membership opportunities.
