Bainbridge blotter | Someone is ‘losing control’

Selected reports from the Bainbridge Island Police Department blotter.

FRIDAY, OCT. 6

9:57 p.m. A 32-year-old Bainbridge Island woman called police to report a verbal domestic dispute between herself and a housemate.

She said the couple were separating, but feels the man is upset over “losing control” of her. She said he is controlling several of her electronic devices in order to keep tabs on her.

The woman said they’d recently received an offer on their house and a previous domestic violence case in which she is a suspect is nearly resolved, all of which she feels upset the man. He had made dinner that night, she said, but she left when he began to argue about finances.

The woman told police the man uses the police and “others” to manipulate multiple women.

She was not concerned about the argument that night, she said, but was more interested in sharing this information with police.
