3:58 p.m. A 50-year-old man in Winfield, Texas called Bainbridge police and said his wife had received sexually explicit phone calls from an unknown person at a local number.

The calls have been coming at least once or twice a week for the past eight weeks or so.

The man said the man who has been calling had a Middle Eastern or Pakistani accent.

5:22 p.m. A school district employee left her Marin mountain bike at the school and it was gone when she came back 45 minutes later. Her helmet was left behind by the thief. The bike was valued at $500.
