Women can learn the latest about the science and resources behind aging, stress, self image and pain at the seventh annual Women’s Wellness Seminar.

This year’s event, coming in February to the Bainbridge Athletic Club, is again moderated by Dr. Kim Leatham of Virginia Mason. Featured speakers include Dr. Jillian Worth of Virginia Mason; Annie Allendar Robbins of the Pujari Center; Susan James; and McKenzie Zajonc and Emily Bell of Passionate Nutrition.

The wellness seminar is 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9.

The newest research on the impact of stress, chronic disease and hormones on the female body through its aging process will be discussed. Participants will have a chance to ask questions and discuss issues with the panel.

“We are proud to work with our local medical providers to offer this incredible resource to the women in our community” said Shelly Stockman, Bainbridge Athletic Club owner and event organizer. “Dr. Leatham is a valuable partner in the event and is passionate about putting together a seminar that benefits women of all ages.”

The complimentary event has limited capacity; sign up early at 206-842-5661 or info@bainbridgeathleticclub.com.
