This week’s adoptable pets are Annie and Rusty.

For adoption through PAWS:

Annie is a 4-year-old shorthaired tabby with white on her face, chest, belly and feet.

Annie does well with most cats. She has come to appreciate people for the treat dispensers we are.

She is at the Pleasant Beach adoption center (open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday).

For adoption through Kitsap Humane Society:

Rusty, a super cute but very shy, petite 4-year-old Besenji/Shepherd, is looking for a home with another dog as a playmate.

He loves fetch, is happy and playful in a home environment, and good with people.
