Cooler weather will prevail this weekend on Bainbridge Island, according to the National Weather Service’s office in Seattle.

Cooler weather will prevail this weekend on Bainbridge Island, according to the National Weather Service’s office in Seattle.

Bainbridge will break a sweat Friday, no doubt, with the temperature expected to hit a high near 92. A heat advisory has been put into place until 8 p.m.

On Saturday, expect increasing clouds and a high near 73. It will be cloudy overnight, with the temperature dropping to a low near 53.

Sunday will also be mostly cloudy, with a high near 73.

On Sunday night, a 20 percent chance of showers is expected.

There is also a slight chance of showers — about 20 percent — on Monday.
