Weekend weather forecast: Guess what? More rain – then sun | The Bainbridge Blab

Looks like your bumbershoot will continue to be your best buddy, MVP and BFF for a part of this weekend.

Bainbridge Island is in line for another wet Saturday, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

For optimists, it might be a case of a glass half full. Or in this case, maybe a third full.

There’s a 30 percent chance of showers Saturday. So, on the flip side, that means a 70 percent chance there won’t be.

Either way, it’s expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high near 47 degrees. Friday’s strong winds from the south are expected to lose their punch by the weekend, with softer winds of 3 to 6 mph expected.

Saturday night will see mostly cloudy skies and patchy fog after 10 p.m., with a low around 36.

On Sunday, that fog will stick around in the morning before giving way to a mostly sunny day. The high temp should top out near 47.

Sunday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 35.

To start your week, there will be sunny skies and a high near 49.

Sunshine will continue through Tuesday. Enjoy!
