Roby King hosts Kathe Fraga solo show

Kathe Fraga’s paintings are bright, colorful contemporary interpretations of the classic Chinoiserie decorative period in Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries.

Her textured panels, adorned with birds, flowers, leaves and vines, will be the subject of a solo exhibition at the downtown Winslow Roby King Galleries throughout the month, beginning with a special artist’s reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6.

Also on display in February, at the Roby King annex at Bainbridge Homes Real Estate, are works by Mark Norrander and Neal Phipott.

The gallery is located at 176 Winslow Way East, the annex is next door.
