A free Dynamic Aging Workshop will be held at the Bainbridge Island Aquatic Center later this month.

The workshop is 9:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Jan. 23. Organizers say some of the research and best new thinking regarding the changing landscape of retirement will be shared. Participants will be engaged in considering novel and personal ways to approach the third chapter or their lives, and how to stay connected, engaged and contributive.

The program is presented by the Active Adult thread of the Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District and is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island. Refreshments plus all materials will be provided at no charge.
