The Bainbridge Island Historical Museum is free on the first Thursday of the month.

The next free day is Thursday, Feb. 2.

Visit the museum’s newest exhibit “WWII From an Island Perspective,” and learn about the history of Bainbridge during the war and how it transformed the lives of Islanders.

The museum is at 215 Ericksen Ave. and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
