To the editor:

Don’t allow Bainbridge to become another Issaquah or Mercer Island where monster houses on small lots have become 21st century Levittowns composed of million dollar homes.

Council candidate Michael Pollock will support legislation limiting new house size relative to lot size so we don’t end up with more huge houses on ever shrinking lots. He supports keeping high density residential and commercial development inside the downtown core while preserving our precious rural environment, as outlined in the comprehensive plan.

Your vote for Michael will be a powerful voice for every Islander who treasures our green sanctuary.
