Friday’s the last chance to check out “Painters Together” — media from members of the “Tuesday Painters” — at the BPA Gallery.

The show features work from Gillian Bull, Bridget Grant, Kaye Hansen, Joan Kinsman, Dorothy Matthews, Mary Pearce, Susan Rosenberg, Mary Stroeing and Nikki Vick.

Formed over 10 years ago from classes originally led by Gillian Bull, the “Tuesday Painters” group seeks to nourish the artistic drive of its members and support their practice of creating art.

Members of the group paint weekly, mainly on Bainbridge Island, in the open air throughout summer. During the wet and chilly months, the group meets to work on prior studies, or from photographs or still life setups.

The BPA Gallery showcases regional artists in monthly rotating exhibits in the C. Keith Birkenfeld Lobby. Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
