The Island Film Group will meet for a movie at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9 at the Bainbridge Public Library. The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month for free films and discussion.

This month, the movie is “Lost in America.”

The 1985 Warner Brothers film was directed by Albert Brooks.

Bored with his cushy suburban existence, yuppie David (Albert Brooks) talks his wife Linda (Julie Hagerty) into selling everything they own and hitting the road to “see America.” The R-rated film runs 91 minutes.
