Roby King Galleries presents “Land & Sea,” featuring Mike Kowalski and Neal Philpott, through May 28.

The two Northwest artists paint the unique land and seascape of the Northwest. The opening reception for the exhibit is 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 6.

A professional artist/illustrator working in watercolor for more than 30 years, Kowalski now splits his time working in oil and paints “en plein aire” whenever possible.

Philpott, a “preservationist” painter working in realism, paints places and scenes that may not exist in the future because of environmental changes.

Roby King Galleries is at 176 Winslow Way East.
